The customer signs up and uploads a model or writes a request
The customer signs up, uploads a model file (.stl / .3mf) or leaves a request, and picks material, colour and quantity. For scanning, laser/CNC or injection work a model file is not required; dimensions and reference images are enough. They track all their requests and orders on one screen.

Price, shipping and lead time come from the producer
The request appears in the panel; file dimensions, triangle count and estimated volume are analysed automatically. A quote is sent, the customer accepts or declines it via a secure link.

Production, delivery and shared tracking
An accepted quote becomes an order. The payment link is shared and production, quality check and shipping statuses are marked. The customer follows the order live on a timeline.

The platform takes no share of quotes or orders; only your chosen plan's flat fee applies. Payment is directly between producer and customer.

Do I need an account to get a quote?

Yes. Both customers and producers/designers must sign up; guest (unsigned) quotes are not possible. After signing up you track all your requests and orders on a single screen.

How is payment handled?

The producer offers bank transfer or their own payment link; the order agreement and invoice stay on record.

How long do production and shipping take?

Timing is set by the producer in the quote according to the job; you track shipping from the order screen.

How do I sell as a producer?

Sign up and define your machines and the services you offer; your branded store (e.g. brand.printflowtr.com) goes live. You offer your services and products in your own store and manage orders from the panel.

Sell filament, resin, 3D printers, spare parts and consumables to PrintFlow TR producers. Registration and listing are free; upload your catalog from the panel or in bulk with XML. Invoicing and collection stay with you; you can also showcase products from your own site with a direct link.
