Both sides work on the same record: the customer uploads a file, the producer quotes, approval becomes an order, and every step is tracked in one place.

File and request
The customer uploads a model file (.stl / .3mf) or describes the job, and picks material, colour and quantity. Where a model is uploaded, dimensions, triangle count and estimated volume are extracted automatically; for scanning/laser/CNC work, dimensions and reference images are enough.

Quote
The producer replies with price, shipping and lead time. The quote is itemised, so the customer sees at a glance what each line costs.

Approval
The customer accepts or declines via a token-protected link. An accepted quote becomes an order instantly.

Production
The producer updates production, quality check and shipping statuses. The model file is shared only with the relevant producer.

Shipping and delivery
The payment link is shared and tracking lands on the order timeline. Customers with an account follow every order on one screen.

The customer signs up, uploads a model file (.stl / .3mf) or leaves a request, and picks material, colour and quantity. For scanning, laser/CNC or injection work a model file is not required; dimensions and reference images are enough. They track all their requests and orders on one screen.

Price, shipping and lead time come from the producer
The request appears in the panel; file dimensions, triangle count and estimated volume are analysed automatically. A quote is sent, the customer accepts or declines it via a secure link.

An accepted quote becomes an order. The payment link is shared and production, quality check and shipping statuses are marked. The customer follows the order live on a timeline.
