Which file formats do you accept?
We mainly accept STL, OBJ and 3MF files. If you have another format, the upload screen shows the conversion steps.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on material and quantity; most orders are printed and shipped within a few days. You can track the process live.
How is payment made?
Payment is directly between producer and customer (bank transfer or the producer's own payment link). The price you see is the price you pay.
